The Crown Hotel Boroughbridge : Leisure Club August 2023 Competition
The Promoter of this Competition is: The Coaching Inn Group Ltd, Friars House, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 6BZ
The Competition is open to members of the public who are residents of the UK, aged 18 years or over, except employees of The Coaching Inn Group Limited, their close relatives, and any third party directly connected with the organisation or administration of the competition (the “Entrant”). Proof of Age, identity, and eligibility may be requested.
By entering this Competition, an Entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Competition opens on 14/08/23 and closes on 31/08/23. No competition entries to the competition will be permitted outside of the Competition Period.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
The rules of the Competition and route to entry are as follows: entrants must follow @TheCrownHotelBoroughbridge Facebook, like the competition post and comment on the post, tagging a person(s) they would want to share their membership with.
Only one Entry will be accepted per person. Multiple Entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Use of computer programs and other automatic means to enter the competition is prohibited an may result in the disqualification of the Entrant.
Entrants shall do nothing to bring Coaching Inn Group Limited into disrepute. Entrants must not post content that uses inappropriate, defamatory, threatening, illegal, obscene, or offensive language or imagery. Any Entry that does so will be automatically disqualified.
All Entries must be free from advertising.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an Entry, the Entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the Instagram account or Facebook page is registered on the date the Entry is submitted.
One winner of the competition from each page (“Competition Winner”) will be selected by random prize draw (“Prize Draw”) performed by a computer process on 31/08/23.
The Competition Winner will be announced via a comment on the competition post within 2 days of the closing date. If possible, we may also contact the winner via an Instagram or Facebook private message to notify them. If a winner does not claim the Prize within 5 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the Prize from the Competition Winner and pick a replacement winner.
The Promoter will notify the Competition Winner on how to claim their Prize.
The Promoter cannot accept for Entries that are late, corrupted, or not received for any reason.
The prize is 1 x 3-month family membership to The Crown Leisure Club. VIP virtual reality experience for 4 players.
The Prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability.
The Prize may not be resold or used for commercial gain.
No travel or accommodation costs will be provided, and the Competition Winner and their guest(s) will need to make their own arrangements for travel to The Crown Boroughbridge.
The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate Prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to Entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
The Promoter excludes liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss, damage, injury (including consequential loss) suffered by the entrant arising from his or her entry into the competition or suffered by the Winner and/or guest(s) arising from his or her acceptance of and/or taking up of a prize.
Each Entrant agrees to comply with the terms of any social networking site used to enter the competition, and to comply with the privacy policy of all such sites. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other Social Network, and each Entrant provides a complete release of Facebook as a condition of entry.
