Welcome back to The Bell Inn, Stilton.
The Bell Inn, Stilton, fully reopened for a VIP evening on Tuesday 3rd December 2025 to locals after a tastefully modern, yet traditional refurbishment of its public areas and function suites. Officially reopening the hotel was Stilton Parish Council Chairman, Olive Leonard, with Parish Clerk, Julianne Lawrence also in attendance.
The 23-bedroom, 15th-century coaching inn has been part of The Coaching Inn Group since 2019, situated on the historic Great North Road, currently holding two AA Hotel and Hospitality Services Rosettes for Culinary Excellence. Despite only being part of The Coaching Inn Group for 5 years, it is a firm favourite with our loyal guests, and has also seen many happy couples tie the knot in the historic & elegant setting of the hotel.
Speaking on the refurbishment, Chief Operating Officer Adam Charity said, ‘This is just the beginning of a number of investments we are making into our current estate and part of a wider investment across the Coaching Inn Group. I’d like to thank both the team here at The Bell Inn, as well as local patrons, diners, and guests for their patience whilst this has taken place’.
