‘Tis the season to be jolly, and what better way to spread festive cheer than through the delectable delights on our Christmas specials menu? This year, we decided to spice things up by hosting a friendly competition among our talented chefs to curate the most mouth-watering, festive dishes for our hotels’ holiday menus.
The competition brought together culinary masterminds from across our hotels, each vying for the coveted opportunity to have their creation featured on the specials menu. The challenge was clear: infuse the spirit of the season into every bite and create a dish that not only tantalizes the taste buds but also captures the magic of Christmas.
Our kitchens buzzed with excitement as the chefs unleashed their creativity, experimenting with unique flavours, traditional ingredients, and innovative presentations. From classic holiday favourites with a modern twist to entirely new creations that embraced global influences, the range of submissions showcased the incredible diversity within our culinary team.
After much deliberation by our panel of expert judges, the following standout dishes emerged as the winners, earning their creators the honour of having their culinary masterpieces featured on the Christmas specials menu across our Premium and Classic hotels.
