Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the exclusive offer provided by The Coaching Inn Group and apply to individuals booking directly with The Coaching Inn Group (“the Company”). By participating in this offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility: The offer is subject to availability and is only available to individuals aged 18 years or older. This offer is exclusive to direct bookings, and cannot be applied to bookings made through any third-party, including, but not limited to booking.com, expedia and travelzoo. Valid identification must be presented for the redemption of alcohol rewards. Soft drink alternatives are available upon request.
Reward Redemption: Rewards cannot be redeemed simultaneously. Each reward must be redeemed individually. Rewards are only redeemable on your 3rd, 6th and 9th stay at a Coaching Inn Group property, which must be booked through the Central Reservations team.
Exclusion: This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. Only one stamp per hotel is permitted. Photocopies or printouts of stamps will not be accepted.
Validity Period: Stamps must be collected within 18 months of receiving the first stamp. Rewarded overnight stays cannot be redeemed during December and are subject to availability. Stamps cannot be retrospectively applied to previous stays, and rewards must be collected through stamps acquired after May 2024.
Card Guarantee: The Company will take a card guarantee at the time of booking your reward to cover any incidentals during your stay.
Dining Rewards: The Rewarded 3-course dinner is from the normal running menu only and cannot be redeemed against pre-booked meals and festive dining options.
Free Stay Reward: The rewarded overnight stay is for 1 overnight bed and breakfast stay. Subject to availability.
Redemption Process: To redeem your rewards, please contact our Central Reservations team. Proof of your previous stays will be required for the redemption of rewards.
Stamp Collection: Stamps are to be collected at the reception of the respective Coaching Inn Group property.
Amendment and Termination: The Company reserves the right to amend rewards at any time without prior notice. The Company also reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
