Win a Year of Getaways – Terms & Conditions

Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

The prize consists of twelve (12) separate two-night Dinner, Bed & Breakfast stays, each comprising one (1) Classic guest room for up to two adults sharing at participating Coaching Inn Group hotels. The prize is for one room per stay only and cannot be exchanged for multiple rooms, additional rooms, or alternative accommodation.

Each stay includes accommodation in one (1) Classic Room, breakfast on both mornings, and dinner as specified by the hotel. Complimentary room upgrades may be offered at the discretion of the hotel and are subject to availability.

The prize winner will be announced on 25 September 2026.

Entry is open only to individuals who sign up and enter the competition during the Coaching Inn Group Road Trip promotional period.

All stays are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

A maximum of two (2) prize stays may be redeemed in any calendar month.

All twelve stays must be redeemed within 12 months of the winner being notified.

The prize excludes Christmas, New Year, and other selected special event dates as determined by the participating hotel.

Additional guests, including children and dogs, may be accommodated subject to availability but will incur the hotel’s standard supplementary charges.

Travel, drinks, upgrades (unless provided complimentary by the hotel), and any other incidental expenses are not included.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered. However, the winner may gift up to two (2) of the twelve stays to friends or family members, provided advance notice is given at the time of booking and the booking is approved by the hotel.

The winner must be aged 18 years or over.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, or fails to claim the prize within the timeframe specified, Coaching Inn Group reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Employees of Coaching Inn Group and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Coaching Inn Group reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition and/or substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
