Chief People Officer for the Group
Started with Coaching Inn Group as a young employee many years ago in operations and has excelled in his work to reach the lofty heights of Chief People Officer for both CIG and Redcat.

DOROTA METSELAAR
General Manager, Talbot Hotel Oundle.
Dorota has been with Coaching Inn Group for many years and has travelled up the ranks internally to operate one of the our finest Premium properties with events venues.

EDDIE MURPHY
Kitchen Assistant, Crown Hotel Boroughbridge
Now Eddie may not be quite as famous as the Hollywood film star, but he’s no less talented and forms an integral part of the team at our North Yorkshire Inn.

MALCOLM STOREY
Regional Excecutive Chef
Malcolm joined as Head Chef at The Golden Fleece, Thirsk in 2018, later supporting refurbishments and re-openings before becoming Executive Support Chef in 2021 and Regional Executive Chef (North) in 2023, leading kitchen teams and menu development.

LEWIS HOGAN
Assistant Manager Talbot Hotel Malton
Lewis joined the company as a front of house assistant and with loyalty and dedication has progressed to Assistant Manager. Lewis regularly supports the wider company with new openings and renovation launches

RYAN MILLER
Group Marketing Executive
Ryan joined The Old Bridge Inn, Holmfirth in 2022 as a Food & Beverage Assistant, rising to Duty Manager and managing social media for 10 hotels. In April 2025, after part-time work with Marketing, he became the group’s full-time Digital Marketing Executive
