The Coaching Inn Group, the award-winning pubs-with-rooms business from RedCat Hospitality, has been recognised as a Best Place to Work in the United Kingdom by The Sunday Times, in partnership with WorkL. The comprehensive list of winners recognises organisations with the highest levels of employee engagement, experience and wellbeing in the United Kingdom.

Already the UK’s fourth-largest pubs-with-rooms operator with 43 inns in the UK and recently named Which? Large Hotel Chain of the Year, the recognition comes after a substantial CAPEX investment and period of growth which focused on enhancing the guest experience as well as offering high-quality service across its portfolio.

Adam Charity, Managing Director, The Coaching Inn Group, comments: “It’s a great achievement to be recognised as one of the top employers in the UK by The Sunday Times. The reason we can offer a best-in-class experience to our guests is because we have fantastic teams on the ground who put their best foot forward every day. To be given this accolade is a testament to them and their commitment to hospitality.”

Founded in 1996, The Coaching Inn Group marks its 30th year milestone this year and is approaching almost £100m turnover for the business.
