The competition for General Manager of the Year gets more and more difficult each year. We know many of the other GM’s, we visit their hotels, and we know how fantastic they are.
This year, we were delighted to award Martin his award. A man who makes it look so easy, and has a true passion for hospitality, and above all else the guest. He is universally loved by the team, guest, and his colleagues in the wider Coaching Inn Group. His warm, personable charm is reassuring to guests, and he is so deserving of this award.
