Last month, as part of our 30th anniversary celebrations, we welcomed some of our most valued guests to The Talbot Hotel in Malton for an exclusive VIP event. It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the single most important part of our success: our guests.
The day kicked off with a warm welcome reception before guests settled into their rooms and rejoined us downstairs for delicious canapés, nibbles, and bespoke anniversary cocktails. 🍸
Dinner began with an opening speech from our Managing Director, Adam Charity, followed by a lavish three-course feast featuring pan-seared scallops, our Signature Anniversary Beef Wellington, and a Rum Baba dessert, a personal favourite of company founder Kevin Charity. 🍽️
Throughout the evening, guests heard from Adam; our Head of Guest Experience Hayley Harford; and other members of our executive team. We also put everyone’s Coaching Inn Group knowledge to the test with a few fun trivia games!
To wrap up the night, Adam led an informal Q&A on our history and future, taking time to hear directly from our guests about what they would like to see next. We then raised a final toast together to 30 incredible years. 🥂
